Your details are used to prepare and send quotes, to answer enquiries, to fulfil orders and to keep you updated about work in progress. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the website.
Artwork and uploaded files
Design files you upload are treated as confidential and are used solely to prepare quotes, proofs and production. We do not display client artwork publicly without written permission.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with service providers necessary to deliver your order — freight carriers, payment processors and email delivery providers — and only the minimum data those services require. We never sell personal data.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies for essential functionality and for Google Analytics 4 measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; essential site functions will continue to work.
Data retention
Quote and order records are retained for seven years for accounting and reorder purposes. You can request earlier deletion of your personal data where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Security
