Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue and are based on the specification supplied. Changes to dimensions, stock, print or quantity require a revised quote.
Artwork and proofs
Production begins only after you approve a digital proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, dimensions and colour references on the proof; errors approved at proof stage cannot be reprinted free of charge.
Production tolerances
Custom packaging is produced to industry tolerances: ±1.5mm on finished dimensions and ±10% on delivered quantity. You are invoiced for the quantity delivered.
Colour matching
Digital and offset print reproduce colour differently, and board stock affects appearance. Pantone spot colours are matched as closely as the chosen stock permits. Request a printed prototype where exact colour is critical.
Lead times and delivery
Stated lead times run from proof approval and exclude transit. We are not liable for carrier delays, though we will assist with any claim.
Payment
New accounts pay 50% on order and the balance before dispatch. Approved accounts may be offered 30-day terms in writing.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before proof approval. After approval you are liable for materials consumed and production completed to the point of cancellation.
Intellectual property
You confirm you hold the rights to all artwork supplied. Die lines we create remain available to you for reorders and are not licensed to other clients.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
